
QUICK GROUND TURKEY: Throw 500g of turkey mince into a medium heat fry pan with a few sprays of olive oil. Season with sea salt, and break up / toss with a spatula. Add some garlic powder, ground cumin and smoked paprika to the pan along with a dash of ketchup. Serve up with some brown rice and steamed broccoli or have alongside some scrambled eggs and asparagus. Leftovers keep for 3-4 days in the fridge.
SLICED TURKEY AND AVO RICE CAKES: Mash some avocado in a bowl and then spread over 4-5 rice cakes. Layer the cakes with slices of store-bought cooked turkey breast.
TURKEY CLUB SANDWICH: Add some mayo to two med / large slices of lightly toasted sourdough. Layer toasts with slices of turkey, preservative-free bacon, sliced tomato, romaine lettuce and avocado.
