SARDINE WRAPS: Load up some wholemeal wraps with things like rocket, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, feta and top with sardines for a quick, cheap lunch or dinner.
SALAD: Pile a load of sardines on top of a big fat salad. Remember, sardines are very oily so they need to be paired with lots of crunchy, crisp, acidic ingredients like cold peppers, tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, lemon and lime juice.
SARDINES WITH KIMCHI AND BASMATI: Don’t knock it till you’ve tried it! Top some warm basmati with sardines, store-bought kimchi and fresh lemon juice.
