SHAKE/SMOOTHIE: Have it on its own, with a handful of nuts and berries to make a more rounded meal. Add a serving to the blender with some frozen berries or banana, nut butter and milk or milk alternative for a smoothie.
ADD TO OATS: In a saucepan, add ½ a cup of oats, some cinnamon and nutmeg. Add one cup of milk or milk alternative, and bring to a simmer. When oats start to thicken, add a serving of protein powder, and continue to stir until desired consistency. Top with some berries, banana, nuts or nut butter, maple syrup, jam or raw honey.
MUG CAKE: Spray a large coffee mug with some olive oil, mash a banana in the mug, and then add a serving of whey, ¼ tsp baking powder, some dark chocolate, tsp peanut butter, and a splash of milk to make a batter consistency. Microwave on high for 60-75 seconds. Top with more nut butter ice cream or frozen yoghurt for a treat.
