TURKEY, BACON CLUB BAGEL: Lightly toast 1-2 bagels. Spread with some good quality mayo. Layer with cooked, sliced turkey breast, back bacon, romaine lettuce, sliced tomato. Sprinkle with some dried Tarragon (optional).
COBB SALAD: Shred some romaine lettuce, slice some avocado, chop some chives and tomatoes. Layer up salad ingredients in a bowl and then top with sliced grilled bacon and chicken breast, boiled egg and cubes of gouda. Dress salad with olive oil, dijon, red wine vinegar and lemon juice mixture. Sprinkle with sea salt and chives and black pepper.
COOKED BREAKFAST: Grill bacon for 3-4mins either side allowing the fat to run off into a drip pan. Serve with eggs fried in olive oil, grilled tomatoes, sauteé mushrooms, baked beans, good quality sausage and a slice of wholemeal toast.
