YOGHURT WITH HONEY BERRIES AND NUT BUTTER: ~200g yoghurt, top with a handful of berries, a dessert spoon of nut butter and a drizzle of honey.
BIRCHER MUESLI: Add 1 cup of oats, 1 cup of yoghurt and a cup of milk (or milk alternative) to a bowl with 1 grated apple, a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg and a drizzle of raw honey. Mix to combine and leave overnight. To serve top with berries, nuts or nut butter. You can also stir through some unflavoured collagen for additional protein if wanted.
QUICK FROZEN YOGHURT DESERT: Add 1 cup yoghurt to a high powered blender along with a handful of frozen berries and some flavour drops of vanilla essence. Blitz to combine, stopping every 10 or so seconds to scrape down the sides with a spatula. Serve with nuts or nut butter and some dark chocolate.
