The hand system is a simple way to help you make better-rounded meals or snacks no matter what situation you might find yourself in.
If you’ve got really specific aesthetic goals or you compete in a weight class based sport then you may need a finer approach than this. However, we’ve found that this works just great for a mix of pro athletes and the general population.
