Your training program is specific to your goal, ability and availability. Programmes are built by our team and then further adapted to your personal circumstances by your coach.

All programs are periodised and progressive with testing sessions built in along the way for more advanced trainers to monitor progress. All sessions contain video demo’s and coaching cues.

UNLIMITED ACCESS TO YOUR COACH 

Your coach is notified automatically whenever you start and finish a session and is just a message away for when you need adjustments, updates or further guidance. The built in chat function also allows you to send videos and progress pictures.

ALL THE TOOLS AND EXCLUSIVE EDUCATION NEEDED FOR SUCCESS

A Daily wellness check, built-in calorie calculator, PR log and access to an abundance of exclusive nutrition and audio led mindset education in the library section.

WHAT TO EXPECT
NEXT STEPS

  • Step 1

    Sign up and you’ll be asked some questions so we can personalise your coaching & nutrition based on your goals.

  • Step 2

    You’ll need to verify your email address – we only work with humans!

  • Step 3

    You’ll choose your coach from our recommendations based on your training goals and ability.

  • Step 4

    Once you have signed up both you and your coach will receive a notification email.

  • Step 5

    We’ll ask you to:

    1. Download our app (available on both the Apple and Android App stores)
    2. Answer a couple more biometric questions so your coach can finish off your personalised programme
    3. Add a profile pic so your coach knows who you are
  • Step 6

    Your coach will:

    1. Reach out and say hi within the next day through the app.
    2. Let you know when your personalised programme is ready.
    3. They’ll be there to help you get to grips with your programme and answer any questions you have or adjust things to your personal circumstances.
