Biography
With a career in coaching spanning 18 years, Loui is our head coach working out of our private gym facility, he was previously one of a handful of elite-level coaches within the prestigious Third Space gym brand.
Based out of Baker street, Loui has a roster of clients from both athletic & corporate backgrounds.
For much of his career, Loui balanced coaching with playing professional football. During this time, he held positions as a player, manager & player S&C coach with various clubs.
Loui understands what it takes to achieve an elite level of physical performance. He can adjust his style and training methods to help his clients transform their bodies, whether to build muscle, lose body fat or improve physical performance. Loui is not only a great coach to his clients but also other coaches.
