Principle 2 Total energy and protein rule

As a general rule, it would seem that the two most important things when trying to lose fat are total energy and protein intake. This is important because it’s a reminder that we don’t need to go too granular with the numbers if we want to track things. 

Remember, good aesthetics should be a byproduct of the right training and the right nutrition. If you feel that your body composition does not align with your expectations or actions, then more tracking around intake will be needed.
