
ON RICE CAKES: Spread a thick layer on top of 3-4 wholegrain rice cakes and then sprinkle with some sea salt and fresh chives.
COTTAGE CHEESE BOWL: Add a cup of cottage cheese to a bowl and then top with dark cherries, walnuts and raw honey.
JACKET POTATOES: Pierce some baking potatoes with a fork in several places. Bake at 180c for approx 60-75mins. Slice down the middle and fill with cottage cheese and chives. Serve with a side salad and some grilled chicken if you want more protein.
