SMOOTHIES: Before you stop reading, hear us out 😉 find a brand that does not have a load of additional savoury ingredients. We like this brand. Add a cup worth to the blender along with some frozen banana, blueberries, spinach, nut butter and vanilla protein powder. Blitz to combine.
COFFEE/TEA ALTERNATIVE: Cut back on one cup of tea or coffee a day, and sub in some bone broth instead. Especially great for winter months.
AS A BASE: Use as a base for sauces or soups. Substitute bone broth in where it says chicken or beef stock in the recipe. If you need more flavour add some bouillon too.
